SprutCAM 2007 is the next version after SprutCAM v4.0. This one contains all existing features and it gives new abilities: improved job list structure, turning machining and newest advanced simulation.
Highlights of the Version
Advanced multi-axis turn-milling machining
It is possible to apply multi-axis milling and turning operations for one machining sequence.
Multi-axis machining adds an extra level of flexibility to your machining operations. ultiaxis tools of SprutCAM of lets you program quickly and efficiently.
Transparent workpiece state handing over from one operation to the next this one
The initial worlkpiece model musts be defined for the full job list only. The model is used as a workpiece for the first operation. The second operation uses the first operation maching result as a workpiece etc. So the intermediate workpiece model is haded over from one operation to the next this one for toolpath calculatiobn like for the real machining. The feature works for all operations of turn-milling machining.
Large kit of the turning strategies
The turning module contains the operations set as follows: Facing, Roughing, Drilling, Parting off., Finishing, Grooving and Threading. All the operations have diversified parameters to favorably tune up the machining process.
High-precision simulation for the multi-axis turn-milling machining
SprutCAM 2007 includes a newest machine simulation module for multi-axis milling and turning. The module provides more realistic visualization and improved collision detection.

How to Download and Install the New Version of SprutCAM
Please follow these steps:
1) Download the SprutCAM 2007 and save it to a temporary location on your system;
2) Run the Setup.exe that was downloaded in the above step and install into new folder in the standard manner;
3) Run the SprutCAM.exe then to get password for new key, then fill the form and send back.
Note. The new version installation will not require to remove an existing SprutCAM installation before.
The new version uses the same protection metods as SprutCAM 4.x till the official release. Therefore it is compatible with all hardware or software keys of the previous version.
The updated help file is not included inte the web based installation set now, so it will be available later.
Purchasing of SprutCAM 2007 at the low price
Any customer can buy the full version of SprutCAM 2007 with lathe machining at the current price of SprutCAM v4.x before the official commercial version of SprutCAM 2007 is released.
A price of the milling version of SprutCAM 2007 (without lathe machining) will be about or equal to the current price of SprutCAM v4.x.
SprutCAM v4.x availability
SprutCAM v4.x remains in the market with the same terms and conditions till the official commercial version of SprutCAM 2007 is released.
The version is supported and the current price is actual. We will inform you beforehand if the conditions are changed.
