Lathe finishing operation

The lathe finishing operation is designed for the removing of a small stock volume that is remained after the previous machining. The machining is performed by the series of the offset strokes to the part generatrix.

Tool path can be generated without workpiece checking. This mode can be used after the preliminary rough machining or if the initial workpiece is near to the part.

 

Note:        In this mode the collision between the tool and workpiece isn't recognized.
