Circle definition

For a <Circle> definition one should press the button f_clip0721 or f_clip0722 for definition through the center point then, in any consequence, by mouse assign elements, which will determine the circle. If there are several possible variants of circle setting, the system will reflect these variants and will wait for the right variant choice or, in case of need, enter appropriate parameter in parameter panel.
